The project clearly reveals the particular connotation of the building, obtained through the use of different languages in the design of the elevations: the more articulated facade facing the valley contains all of the loggias of the living areas; the other elevation, conformed as a backdrop to the road leading to the Quartaccio Complex, is more austere and compact and finished in masonry.
The project clearly reveals the particular connotation of the building, obtained through the use of different languages in the design of the elevations: the more articulated facade facing the valley contains all of the loggias of the living areas; the other elevation, conformed as a backdrop to the road leading to the Quartaccio Complex, is more austere and compact and finished in masonry.
The unification of the two languages can be re-read in the “wrapping” effect of the masonry element, both at the ends and along the eave line, giving the entire complex a strong and unitary appearance, an evident landmark within the sorrounding landscape.
