ProjectsGioia 20 in Milan

Within the field of irregular building shapes and forms, the purity of a classic geometric object – the square – generates an unmistakable, unique and timeless identity for the city of Milan and for the district of Gioia. The ambition of the project is to provide a prestigious and comprehensive social and urban experience which keeps up with the times and with the changes in technology and human relationships.

The design of the GIOIA20 retains the sense of integrity and exhibits strong presence while providing the image of openness. The project imagines a VERTICAL VILLAGE, a power station, whose components constantly adapt themselves to the changes of the environment. The vertical village reflects on what gives meaning and substance to a successful, healthy, competitive and responsible community by offering quality design to smart ideas.

Instead of an architecture of form and image, we have created a reintegration of architecture, technology and engineering, where intelligence is not invested in effect but in a structural and conceptual logic that offers a new kind of performance and functionality.
