The renovation of this Masseria, from the early 1800s allowed for the development of a large hotel structure; the ancient portion was used to house only the general services and reception area.
Of notable interest is the development of the new portions, towards the coast, which reiterate the Roman structure of the cardus and decumanus, characterised, other than by the grid of the dwelling units, by the large pool and theatre, with gardens and porticoes.
