ProjectsLa Perla

The building represents the crown jewel of the larger Monti della Breccia residential complex. While harmoniously fitting among the twelve buildings of the development, it stands out as a completely autonomous architectural episode with an exclusive character. Thanks to its privileged and isolated position, immersed in a sprawling green area, the project interprets contemporary living by offering superior standards in terms of spatial, material, and visual quality.

The architectural configuration is one of the project’s most distinctive and fascinating elements, designed to gently integrate with the surrounding environment.

The volume is articulated into two staggered bodies that follow the natural slope of the terrain through a harmonious and progressive stepping.

The exteriors are characterized by a clever interplay of solids and voids, featuring double-height loggias and exceptionally deep balconies. This generosity of outdoor spaces not only significantly improves daily livability but also fosters a direct and uninterrupted relationship with the panorama and the surrounding nature.

The building’s aesthetics are based on a design language that combines the warmth of natural elements with the performance of modern architecture, ensuring elegance and durability over time. The broad surfaces of stone-effect stoneware, solid and rigorous, contrast beautifully with the visual lightness of the wood-effect sublimated aluminum. The aluminum sunshades are the true graphic signature of the project. In addition to providing an excellent bioclimatic function for solar shading, they impart a vibrant rhythm to the facades, creating evocative interplays of light and shadow. Transparent glass parapets further lighten the elevations, allowing natural light to flood the interior spaces without obstruction.

The fluidity between indoors and outdoors, combined with the masterful use of light and natural materials, contributes to creating a peaceful oasis capable of generating a deep and authentic sense of belonging for its inhabitants.

In this project, nature ceases to be a mere backdrop and becomes an integral part of the volumetric composition and the living experience. With the Integrated Planters the green elements punctuate the facades in perfect synergy with the wood-effect slats, creating stunning suspended gardens. The vegetation is intended to grow and change over time, making the building a living organism that evolves with the seasons.

A contemporary retreat with dynamic volumes, where the elegance of stone and the vibrant rhythm of the sunshades harmonize with the natural breath of the landscape.
