The fifth building on the Lungotevere, in front of the Testaccio district, never completed before, has thus found its unitary conclusion with a courageous architecture, which is affected, in current terms, by the linguistic figure present in the buildings along the river that historically characterizes some urban riverbeds of the Central-Northern Italy.
