The project proposal is aimed to increase the commercial appeal of the property in order to enhance its image in the eyes of future users, intervening mainly on the facades of the building and on the common and external spaces of the property.
The intervention aims to offer a decisive intervention by creating a new modern and performing façade, certified and responding to the required energy efficiency requirements.
The image and aesthetics of the accesses have been rethought, in particular through a system of portals, containing vertical green elements, access to the offices is highlighted through a glass door that leads to the new entrance hall.
On the prospect overlooking Via Paolo di Dono, random elements with colored frames have been inserted. The function of these elements is multivalent: they give greater appeal to the main façade, improve the energy performance of the building and act as a brise-soleil for indoor environments intended for offices.
For the secondary facade, the frame elements are replaced with vertical pilasters having the same functions with a simplified aesthetic.
