This architecture represents a bet and a challenge at the same time.

A bet on the belief that a difficult market such as the one of the residences in Rome could accommodate a dissonant and innovative proposal both in image as in the content.

The fronts clearly differ in the articulation of the facade layout while they find an expressive coherence through the chromaticity of the architectural elements.

A challenge in conceiving a building system that, without following the styles, offered sustainable solutions both in the technological approach and in respect of the economic parameters.

It consists of two arched buildings and has about 100 lodgings.

The convex one breaks down the stiffness of the volume through an irregular geometry grid in which voids are alternate with macro-perforated sheet metal surfaces which determines fields with decisive chromatic effects on shades of gray, white and acid green and yellow, in a game that recalls the Mondrian paintings.

The concave presents a regular trend, dictated by the horizontal alignments of the floors and marked by the rhythm of the separation grids between the lodgings, where the visual permeability of the loggias is accentuated by the glass parapets punctuated by the chromatic notes of the planters.
