Residential Complex in Inviolatella
The Inviolatella Salaria project is part of the Integrated Urban Redevelopment Program, featuring modern architecture that combines functionality and aesthetics. The building, developed over five above-ground floors plus a recessed penthouse, houses 45 residential units with a parking garage and storage spaces distributed across two underground levels.
The design stands out for its terrace system, alternating volumes clad in gres and white panels, framed by a grey anthracite face brick structure. The stairwell, featuring glass surfaces and white panels, adds lightness to the composition. On the west façade, vertical partitions ensure privacy between units, while on the north side, an elegant system of metal uprights creates a striking dynamic effect, forming a partial lattice cover over the penthouse balconies.
The project reflects an architectural vision focused on harmony between volumes and materials, redefining the urban skyline with a contemporary and distinctive style.
