This intervention follows the recently completed project in the centrality of Porta di Roma.
It learns from the characteristics of the previous complex and seeks a new methodology for proposing within the real estate market, diverse and less imposing forms, more “in scale” with the contemporary environment of quality.
It thus proposes new materials and new typologies, aimed a younger generation and in harmony with the city.
The smaller sizes of the units, trasform them into “available spaces”, almost mini urban lofts, whose vast terraces provide the best conditions of urban dwelling.
