For this reason it closes itself towards the exterior and focuses the majority of its views and facilities on the interior public space, trasforming this environment into a well cared for and properly dimensioned private park.
The architecture is expressed in elementary and stereometric terms, with no references to vernacular aspects that, for low-rise settlements, are progressively more often an easy approach to contemporary design.
