The steel envelope is split at the centre, revealing the powerful expressive figure of the balconies: the result is a building-sculpture destined to become an important landmark for the surrounding urban territory.
The external world, technological, vibrant, made of glass and metal, contrasts with a soft, sinuous internal world, characterised by a marked flow of contrasts of light and shadow.
